Project cancellation
If the staged package is cancelled and the included admissions are not delivered, eligible purchasers will receive the refund described at checkout to the original payment method, subject to processor timing and applicable law.

Rescheduling and venue changes
A reasonable change of date, opponent, venue or seat allocation does not automatically constitute cancellation when comparable admission remains available. Material changes will be communicated using the purchaser's checkout email.
Customer-requested refunds
Unless the checkout states otherwise or law requires it, customer-requested refunds after fulfillment begins may be limited. Duplicate charges and processing errors should be reported promptly.
How to request review
Send the purchaser name, checkout email and order reference to info@milwaukeeprofootball.com. Never email card or bank information.
This proposed policy becomes operative only when incorporated into an active checkout and may be revised after legal and processor review.
