2027 STAGED FEASIBILITY

Prove the market. Protect the mission. Build responsibly.

The first season is designed as a controlled market test—not an oversized promise. Each milestone must support the next one.

01

Proposed event footprint

  • Three Milwaukee-area home games during the proposed May–July window.
  • One preseason or postseason member event, subject to the final league calendar.
  • A venue sized to actual demand, with an initial working minimum near 3,500 seats.
  • Premium seating, alcohol service and broadcast readiness evaluated during venue negotiations.
02

Feasibility gates

Membership demand, sponsorship commitments, venue economics, league requirements, operating capital and community engagement will be reviewed before larger obligations are made. A 2028 continuation or expansion depends on those results.

03

Venue work

Hart Park, the Milwaukee Mile and other Milwaukee County options remain part of the feasibility discussion. American Family Field and temporary lakefront concepts are exploratory only unless and until a facility agreement is executed.

No venue, date or opponent should be treated as final until it appears in an official announcement or executed agreement.
