COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

A separate home for public participation.

Milwaukee Football Community Association, Inc. is intended to protect open community participation and keep public-facing priorities distinct from team sales and football operations.

01

Core principles

  • The public Community Vote is free and does not require a purchase or donation.
  • Milwaukee-resident, Wisconsin-supporter and general-supporter classifications may be used for future ballots when clearly disclosed.
  • Public ballots are advisory unless the ballot expressly states that a defined decision is binding.
  • Participation data will not be sold as a condition of voting.
02

Governance

The current officer structure identifies Makayla Butler as Chair, Scott Hawkins as Secretary and Tiffaney Hollowell as Treasurer. Conflicts are disclosed and reviewed under the Association's governing documents.

03

Team partnership

Milwaukee Football Community Association, Inc. and Milwaukee Pro Football, LLC maintain separate roles in the community-empowerment initiative. The Association organizes free, one-person/one-submission advisory input on team identity and community priorities. Under the current community-benefit commitment, Milwaukee Pro Football, LLC pays 10% of defined Qualifying Participation-Linked Revenue directly to eligible independent charities, approved City or public-purpose programs, and resident-serving initiatives. The Association may help identify priorities but does not receive, hold or escrow team revenue. The team evaluates public input alongside trademark, league, venue, safety, financial and legal requirements. Voting does not guarantee adoption, and no purchase, donation, sponsorship or paid membership is required.
